A New and Returning shows start early

Since at least two shows has been canceled, the networks need to fill their new episodes as much as possible. When they cancel a show, they have no choice but to replace by another one. And that's what CBS and NBC is about to do.

CBS will replace their canceled show, Smith, by "3 LBS" starting Tuesday, November 14 @ 10/9c. "3 LBS", a new drama about a team of top New York City neurosurgeons who explore the brain -- the core of intelligence, the center of emotion and spirit and the last great medical frontier.

Althought Kidnapped is still on the air, (Saturdays @ 9/8c), the Wednesday lineup is free and Dateline is replacing it for now. But starting November 15 @ 10/9c, NBC will premiere the 3rd season of Medium. Medium was scheduled in January, but now we get to see in the fall with their new schedule. Let's see how it will do on Wednesdays. That opens a window opportunity for another new comer for mid-season.
