Hey, it's been a little while! I've been busy with school and stuff. But today I'm on a road trip and I guess I can write some reviews of the new seasons.

 

The Class [2nd episode] | After reviewing the 1st episode a little while ago, I wasn't sure if I was going to see the rest of the season. But after watching the 2nd episode, I guess I'm going to continue watching it. It isn't a very funny sitcom, but the story is pretty good. It shows that it's made by the staff of Friends. But of course it's not near as Friends quality. But yeah, the ratings aren't bad either.

 

 

Two and a Half Men | Well, I guess it's the best sitcom out there. The premiere was good. I didn't see the second episode yet. But there's not much to say. So I'll leave it there.

 

 

Studio on the Sunset Strip [2nd episode] | Just like The Class, I already reviewed the pilot episode, my only concern is if I'm going to be bored by the 2nd episode. I actually enjoyed it. Mainly because it's on tv industry and you know how interested I am in it. So for now, I'm going to keep watching it. I just love the cast and how well they play. A very high quality show and expect a lot of Emmy nominations. The ratings aren't bad either.

 

 

The Unit | The 2nd season started and it was like the usual 1st season. I still enjoy it. That's all I have in mind lol.

 

 

Smith | Smith is a new heist show that is focused on the character played by Ray Liotta. The first episode was well done, I loved it. I like the Jeff character. For some reasons, for little things that he does, it's so funny. The second episode was okay, but I thought it was a bit slow. After seeing the preview on the next episode, it looks interesting. So for now I'm gonna keep watching it. I just hope it won't be as slow as the 2nd episode. The ratings are okay, but I expected a little more. Usaually heist shows aren't successful. We'll see how it will go with Smith.

 

 

Kidnapped [2nd episode] | After a little disapointed pilot of the show, the 2nd episode wasn't bad. I enojyed a little more. Unfortunately, I think this show will be canned soon. The show is struggling by the ratings. I enjoyed more Vanished pilot than Kidnapped's. But Vanished is getting weak and Kidnapped has more potentials. But it doesn't seem that way with the ratings. It's unfortunate. But that's the reality.

 

 

Numb3rs | The premiere was pretty interesting, by letting a cliff hanger for the 2nd episode of the season. It was pretty good. Aside from that, well it's a typical Numb3rs episode with maths. Interesting. So yeah...

 

 

Ugly Betty | This is a new telenovela abc series with an ugly girl named Betty. She got the job at a fashion magazine company and despite her uglyness, she is a very intelligent and determined person. She's of course the "outsider" at her job since everyone else is attractive. I find it pretty good. Even tho it is corny and cheesy. The ratings were very good too. It was a smart move for abc to move it to Thursday (it was initially Fridays). We'll see how next week is gonna work out!
